A leading automotive manufacturer in Southwestern Ontario is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist in electronics manufacturing. This role involves developing manufacturing standards, driving quality best practices with suppliers, and providing technical support on global projects. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and have at least 10 years of relevant experience. Ford Motor Company of Canada is growing our manufacturing expertise in electronics and electrical distribution systems (EDS). Our supplier business partners, are a very important part of this growth. The Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) organization supports our Global suppliers with Manufacturing Technical expertise as they invest and grow their business to support ours. Ford Motor Company is looking for an experienced electronics manufacturing Technical Specialist to support our Global Core Electrical STA team. This global team is composed of Technical Experts, Managers, and Manufacturing Engineers who assist the suppliers as they grow with Ford Motor Company of Canada.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required.)
