Description

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on leader to oversee our Security Engineering and Operations teams. This role is critical to advancing our cybersecurity posture through the design, implementation, and management of secure technologies and operational processes. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building resilient security programs that protect the organization’s assets and enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Security Engineering
  • Provide expert security advisory services across business units.
  • Lead architecture advisory for security technologies and integrations.
  • Oversee configuration implementation upgrades and maintenance of security solutions.
  • Drive cloud and container security initiatives across hybrid environments.
  • Manage patching and lifecycle maintenance of security platforms.
  • Align security configurations with enterprise architecture and industry standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
Security Operations
  • Lead logging and monitoring efforts using SIEM and other detection platforms.
  • Oversee incident response containment and remediation processes.
  • Direct cyber investigations and digital forensics activities.
  • Manage threat intelligence gathering and analysis to proactively mitigate risks.
  • Ensure high availability of critical security services and manage on‑call teams and external suppliers.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing security teams in engineering and operations.
  • Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in IT and/or cybersecurity.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern security tools.
  • Proven experience leading teams to implement various security solutions and processes.
  • Proven experience managing teams to investigate and contain security incidents.
  • Experience managing a team of 5–8 SME highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD integration.
