What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices
• Support engagement efforts such as process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology
• Develop required integration components and portal components
• Provide training and mentoring to other members of the delivery team upon request

What is Required (Qualifications):

• At least 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
• Minimum of 5+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Source-to-Pay, Legal, and/or Contracting technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, including Supplier Lifecycle Operations and Accounts Payable Operations
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required
• Strong understanding of leading Finance and Supply Chain related systems such as SAP ECC, Oracle Procurement Cloud, etc.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLP) Accreditation and Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with customer stakeholders
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.)
• Proven team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
