What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices
- Support process definition, re‑engineering, and improvement during customer workshops
- Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology
- Guide customers in completing required documentation and drafting technical user stories
- Develop required integration and portal components while ensuring quality deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
- At least 5+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Contracting technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, including Accounts Payable Operations (APO)
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
- Strong understanding of leading Finance, Supply Chain, and Contracting related systems and tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLP) Accreditation, Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation, and/or Legal Service Delivery Accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with stakeholders in solving business process problems
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
