What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Serve as the technical expert in optimizing and leveraging ServiceNow best practices
• Support process definition, re‑engineering, and improvement during customer workshops
• Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and Solution technology
• Guide customers in completing required documentation and drafting technical user stories
• Develop required integration and portal components while ensuring quality deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of 3+ years of configuring/developing ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
• At least 5+ years of configuration/development experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Contracting technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Solutions, including Accounts Payable Operations (APO)
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications
• Strong understanding of leading Finance, Supply Chain, and Contracting related systems and tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLP) Accreditation, Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Accreditation, and/or Legal Service Delivery Accreditation
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with stakeholders in solving business process problems
• Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
