Sr. Specialist Talent Acquisition Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on product recruitment to join our team, reporting directly to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the growth of our Services Organization. You will be a strategic talent advisor, recruiting for senior-level product roles across North America, helping us build high-performing teams that drive our product innovation.
Mastercard’s Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for developing diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract the most competitive talent both internally and externally to ensure Mastercard’s continued success in payments innovation. This is an individual contributor position and will manage full life cycle recruitment efforts for requisitions across select teams.
