Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience as a full stack developer (Java+ React/Angular) or similar role.
• Exposure to web security.
• Computer science and math enthusiast.
• Experience with Spring Boot + Hibernate/JPA + REST.
• Hands on experience with SQL (Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc.).
• Knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience/Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, robust and secure web applications using front end (React JS) and back end (Java) technologies.
• Write efficient, clean and maintainable code.
• Continuously improve the quality of software through reviews, testing and refactoring.
• Manage and prioritize tasks and multiple projects effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Actively participate in meetings and provide insights while considering diverse perspectives.
• Collaborate with cross functional team in a respectful and constructive manner.
• Communicate clearly with cross functional team, balancing technical details with business needs.
• Take ownership of end-to-end projects and drive to completion in a timely manner.
• Respond quickly to critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.

Salary Range

$110,000 – $135,000

Final compensation is determined by market conditions, location, and the candidate’s experience, skills, and education. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentive programs and total compensation may include variable incentives, such as bonuses and commissions.
