Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a ServiceNow consulting or pre-sales role.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITAM/SAM, or ITOM.
  • Proven experience leading PoC engagements.

Sr. ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant

Remote – Canada | Permanent, Full-Time

Join a growing Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Practice with a leading Canadian organization. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the Sales team to design and present tailored ServiceNow solutions, manage proof of concept (PoC) engagements, and support the development of proposals and technical documentation for large enterprise clients.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical contact for Sales and prospective clients
  • Configure and maintain ServiceNow demo environments
  • Lead discovery sessions and present tailored ServiceNow solutions
  • Support the creation of sales proposals, scope of work documents, and RFP / RFI responses
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical deliverables
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders
Must Have Skills
  • 3+ years in a ServiceNow consulting or pre-sales role
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITAM / SAM, or ITOM
  • Proven experience leading PoC (proof of concept) engagements and discovery workshops
  • Strong presentation and solutioning skills for enterprise clients
Nice to Have Skills
  • ServiceNow CIS certifications
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and proposal development
