JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Salesforce Developer designs and deploys custom Salesforce solutions, integrates with external systems, and engages in Agile practices. Key responsibilities include mentoring junior developers, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting CRM projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in Salesforce development and integration, proficiency in Apex and LWC, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize Salesforce solutions with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft).
  • Support testing, deployments, and resolve issues/bugs.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and Agile teams on requirements and progress.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years Salesforce experience, ideally with Experience Cloud.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required
  • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SOQL, unit testing, and Force.com platform.
  • Experience with CRM projects for mid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Solid knowledge of integrations, design patterns, and relational databases/ETL.
  • Proficient in web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS) and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Advanced English required
