Sr. Project Manager, Business Integration (Contract)

Overview

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Contract, Sr. Project Manager to support operational excellence and business maturity. This role reports to AVP, Business Integration and EPMO and is critical to ensuring the full lifecycle of enterprise level projects.

Role details
  • Classification: Contract
  • Reports to: AVP, Business Integration and EPMO
  • Length of project: 6–18 months
  • Hourly rate: $60-75/hr
Role responsibilities
  • Lead all traditional aspects of project management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Provide oversight into project risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and maintain project documentation using standard tools and methodologies.
  • Optimize workflows and collaborate closely with cross-functional business leads.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and engagement to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Support the strategic direction of assigned projects while driving day-to-day execution.
  • Track and manage project related deliverables across multiple touchpoints with precision and accountability.
  • Work independently as well as part of a team; meet deadlines and follow up on critical tasks.
Key requirements
  • College graduate and/or applicable training and/or experience
  • 8+ years of project management or similar experience across multiple methodologies
  • Experience in broker, MGA or carrier environments preferred
  • Experience with SOX implementation is preferred
  • Experience with Monday.com or other project management software
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint (Office Timeline)
  • Must be able to work to a deadline and effectively replan if priorities shift
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Motivated by a challenge and ability to take initiative
  • Ability to collaborate within and across teams at all levels
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys problem solving and critical thinking
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
