A leading cloud services provider is seeking a Senior ProServe Account Executive to join their Canadian team. This role focuses on engaging with new and existing customers on cloud technology projects. Responsibilities include leading business development, collaborating with sales teams, creating proposals, and ensuring customer success. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in technology sales and strong communication skills. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary, with preference for those familiar with the Canadian Public Sector.
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services Canadian Public Sector team is seeking a dynamic Senior ProServe Account Executive (PAE) to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging new and existing customers in transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and cloud operations. You'll work closely with customers, account sales teams, and ProServe Cloud Architects to drive customer success and business growth. As ProServe’s customer‑facing relationship owner you’ll be primarily focused on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and securing customer sign‑off of SOWs. Following project launch, you will stay connected with the customer to ensure we are delivering the agreed customer business outcomes (CBO) and ensure success.
