What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Define and execute the UI platform and merchant tooling strategy in collaboration with engineering, design, and product teams
- Promote the adoption of frontend frameworks and design systems to enhance development speed and consistency
- Deliver high-impact, customer-facing tools that scale globally, including onboarding and growth flows
- Integrate AI-native capabilities into merchant experiences to enhance efficiency and decision-making
- Champion customer-centric approaches through research and data-driven iterations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5‑8+ years of product management experience in frontend platforms or customer tools at a high‑scale SaaS company
- Proven track record in building and delivering core frontend frameworks and tools
- Experience driving adoption of new tools or product experiences across engineering and customer teams
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) and UX architecture best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
