What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead the vision, requirements, and launch of the next evolution of the AdTech backend and front-end capabilities
  • Create a detailed product roadmap for internal Publisher, Advertiser, and Marketplace views
  • Conduct interviews and document discovery calls with stakeholders to identify pain points and problems
  • Collaborate with the CTO, CPO, and VP of Engineering to enhance coding efficiency using AI
  • Establish and manage the product intake process, ensuring alignment on stakeholder pain points
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience, with substantial experience in front-end UX design
  • Experience in owning the product strategy and roadmap in the AdTech domain
  • Proven ability to adopt an AI-first approach across all aspects of productivityStrong engagement with internal platform and front-end engineers, data engineers, and commercial team stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills for empowering commercial teams with execution plans and training sessions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of relevant digital advertising or adjacent experience
  • Familiarity with performance marketing measures such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conceptual understanding of Agentic AI and the necessary platform functionality for both human and autonomous agent users
