Job description

We offer an AI-powered, SaaS platform connecting Fresh, Center, eCommerce, and DSD department operations to deliver a simplified, smarter, more connected store experience. Customers running Upshop realize significant improvements in sales, shrink, food safety and sustainability across the entire store. 450+ retail chain accounts trust our software in over 55k+ stores, 35 countries, and 3 continents.

Core Values
  • Being Extremely Accountable. We own outcomes end-to-end. We do what we say, fix what we break, and proactively close the loop.
  • Biased for Action. Move with urgency and ownership. We make informed decisions quickly, iterate, and course correct with data.
  • Customer Obsessed. Start with the customer and work backward. We deeply understand their needs, pain points, and context and measure success by their outcomes, not our activity.
  • Always Innovating. Relentlessly seek better ways. We experiment, learn fast, and turn insights into scalable improvements.
  • Demand Excellence. Hold a high bar for quality, craftsmanship, and results. We set ambitious standards and deliver with pride.

  • Partner with Product Owners, Customer Success, Sales, and Support to ensure successful product launches, customer satisfaction, and ongoing value realization.
  • Support go-to-market activities including pricing, positioning, sales enablement, and product storytelling.
