Sr. Product Configurator/Consultant - IMS Vertafore
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and configure applications within Vertafore IMS to meet business requirements.
  • Customize workflows, forms, and reports for insurance operations.
  • Integrate IMS with third-party systems (policy admin, billing, CRM).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IMS functionality.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and data security protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Vertafore IMS
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain (policy, claims, billing).
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and data migration.
