As a Senior Principal Test Engineer, you will lead the development of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for highly integrated RF modules. This role is pivotal in ensuring the performance, reliability, and manufacturability of next-generation RF products through robust test strategies and seamless deployment to global manufacturing partners. You are expected to be the primary technical liaison with ATE and RF test equipment vendors to drive the roadmaps, development and integration of new test technologies.
The typical base pay range for this role is currently CAD$132,800 -$239,000 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, and the ultimate job duties and requirements. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock. These incentives and awards are based on individual and/or company performance.
