The position :
We are looking for a Sr. Network Services Analyst to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta, Ontario, or Atlantic region on a Permanent FT Basis.
The Senior Network Services Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure with a strong focus on Cisco Meraki technologies. This role ensures network reliability, security, and scalability across multiple sites, supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.

What the Role Entails :
- Network Architecture & Design
- Develop and maintain network architecture leveraging Cisco Meraki MX, MS, and MR platforms.
- Lead SD‑WAN deployments and VPN architecture for secure, resilient connectivity.
- Operations & Troubleshooting
- Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve complex LAN / WAN / Wi‑Fi issues.
- Monitor network performance and implement proactive improvements using Meraki Dashboard and analytics tools.
- Security & Compliance
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce firewall policies, segmentation, and Zero Trust principles.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Documentation & Standards
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, SOPs, and configuration baselines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of network governance processes.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and cross‑functional teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Meraki technologies within the organization.

Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology,
- or related field,
- or equivalent experience.
Experience :
- Minimum10 years of progressive experiencein enterprise networking.
- Extensive hands‑on expertise withCisco Meraki solutions(MX, MS, MR).
Technical Skills :
- Strong knowledge of routing / switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS).
- Experience with SD‑WAN, VPN, and cloud‑managed networking.
- Familiarity with network security technologies (firewalls, IDS / IPS, SASE).
Certifications :
- CCNP or Higher.
- Meraki CMNA / CMNP strongly preferred.

Working Conditions
- Standard office environment with occasional travel to branch sites.
