A well-known active lifestyle brand located in Canada is seeking a Senior District Manager to oversee store operations in Edmonton. The role requires strong leadership, strategic business planning, and effective problem-solving skills. An ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience and a degree in a related field. This position involves extensive travel and a commitment to developing store managers and improving customer service.
With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our Retail Leadership Team is essential to our business. From overseeing the overall strategy and performance of retail stores to acting as change champions to drive new processes and procedures while supporting and helping drive the company’s mission of “Connecting Active People with Their Passions.”
The Senior District Manager is a leader with in-depth understanding of their assigned market. The Senior District Manager plans and directs the visual and operational execution of the assigned district to positively affect sales and profitability. This role is responsible for developing diverse talent and culture within their district as well as develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability and grow our existing consumer base.
