A prominent Canadian financial services company is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The successful candidate will manage vendor contracts, support competitive bidding processes, and provide strategic coaching. A Bachelor's degree in business or logistics and over 7 years of experience in procurement are essential. This full-time position offers an opportunity within a recognized great workplace environment.
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing procurement activities and the application of procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. At Fairstone, he or she is accountable for performing analyses and making strategic recommendations concerning all contracts as well as provide internal customers with recommended assistance in supplier management, will create and maintain various reports (key performance indicators, catalogue of products and services, dashboards, etc.)
