Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is looking for a Senior Solutions Manager – Payments to lead a global engineering team delivering secure, compliant payment solutions across DFS’s product portfolio, including In Dispenser Point Of Sale – iDPOS. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from design to deployment, and mentor engineers to drive excellence.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Compliance, QA, and Operations to meet functional, security, and regulatory requirements while advancing DFS

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven experience delivering compliant and secure payment systems (EMV L1/L2/L3, PCI, contactless).
• Strong knowledge of embedded software, Linux-based systems, cloud services, and system integration in payment environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global engineering team developing payment software solutions (card readers, terminals, POS, contactless).
• Own end-to-end engineering lifecycle for payment products from design to testing and support.
• Ensure compliance with standards (EMV, PCI-SSF) and integrate with DFS tech stack.
