This is an interview position. Responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that maximize revenue performance and customer insights. Provides strategic oversight of pricing, customer analytics, and revenue optimization, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Leads and develops a team of managers and analysts, transforming data‑driven insights into actionable strategies that drive profitable growth and enhance customer value.

Develops and executes revenue growth strategies across Enterprise, Commercial, Ecommerce and SAM segments. Leads the development and execution of the regional revenue strategy, ensuring alignment across pricing, customer analytics, and business development initiatives.

Oversees the evaluation of pricing programs, customer profitability, and market trends to recommend strategies that maximize both revenue and margin.

Identifies and drives new growth opportunities, including customer solutions, market expansion, and process innovation, to strengthen competitive advantage. Provides executive‑level recommendations on growth opportunities and customer profitability.

Translates complex data and revenue insights into clear, compelling recommendations for executives and key stakeholders.

Directs customer analytics efforts, including segmentation, lifetime value, churn modeling, and profitability analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Partners with senior leadership in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and US Pricing to deliver actionable insights that guide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.

Ensures compliance with pricing policies, audit requirements, and governance standards, while minimizing revenue leakage and enhancing operational efficiency.

Leads and develops a high‑performing team of managers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data‑driven decision‑making.

The incumbent(s) of this position is expected to perform all other related duties as assigned.

In the province of Quebec must be bilingual (French and English).

Minimum Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
Minimum Experience
  • Six (6) years of experience in revenue strategy, commercial analytics, pricing, or related functions.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing revenue growth strategies in B2B, B2C, or enterprise environments.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and financial impact analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership experience with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Analytical problem‑solver with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborative leader, skilled at influencing across multiple stakeholders.
  • Results‑driven with a focus on execution and measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
