A global logistics provider in Mississauga seeks an experienced candidate for a strategic revenue role. The position involves leading revenue growth strategies and analytics across various segments, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and customer insights. This is an interview position. Responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that maximize revenue performance and customer insights. Provides strategic oversight of pricing, customer analytics, and revenue optimization, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. Leads and develops a team of managers and analysts, transforming data‑driven insights into actionable strategies that drive profitable growth and enhance customer value.
Develops and executes revenue growth strategies across Enterprise, Commercial, Ecommerce and SAM segments. Leads the development and execution of the regional revenue strategy, ensuring alignment across pricing, customer analytics, and business development initiatives.
Oversees the evaluation of pricing programs, customer profitability, and market trends to recommend strategies that maximize both revenue and margin.
Identifies and drives new growth opportunities, including customer solutions, market expansion, and process innovation, to strengthen competitive advantage. Provides executive‑level recommendations on growth opportunities and customer profitability.
Translates complex data and revenue insights into clear, compelling recommendations for executives and key stakeholders.
Directs customer analytics efforts, including segmentation, lifetime value, churn modeling, and profitability analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Partners with senior leadership in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and US Pricing to deliver actionable insights that guide planning, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.
Ensures compliance with pricing policies, audit requirements, and governance standards, while minimizing revenue leakage and enhancing operational efficiency.
Leads and develops a high‑performing team of managers and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and data‑driven decision‑making.
