Qualifications

Job Description
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Wealth Management Canada and RBC, fostering collaboration and alignment to a shared vision.
  • Help drive the design and maintenance of data domains and products that meet business needs for AI and operational use cases.
  • Work with business stakeholders to create a consistent data dictionary, ensuring data quality and integrity across the organization.
  • Provide senior leadership, direction and methodology for analysis, structure and storage of critical organizational data.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements and data needs, using this knowledge to inform data product development.
  • Monitoring and aligning to major organizational transformation programs and projects to ensure important data needs are anticipated and met.
  • Overseeing the integrity and maintenance of WMC data.
  • Reviewing and aligning to policies and procedures for collecting and managing organization data by RBC’s Data Management Office (DMO).
What you need to succeed?

  • Previous work experience in the Banking industry preferably in Wealth Management is a plus.
