As part of the organization’s expanded Brand & Digital Marketing team, the Senior Manager will help build the foundation for proactive, quarterly marketing planning and integrated, inclusive campaigns that drive measurable growth and impact.
The Senior Manager, Brand & Digital Marketing is a senior strategist and storyteller responsible for driving the planning, execution and optimization of March of Dimes Canada’s brand and digital marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role leads proactive quarterly planning, ensuring that MODC’s national campaigns, digital engagement strategies and content initiatives are aligned, inclusive and impactful.
Central to this role is the ability to design campaigns that authentically reflect first‑person perspectives and value lived experiences. The Senior Manager will champion co‑creation with people with disabilities and ensure that MODC’s storytelling elevates their voices as experts and collaborators, not just subjects of our narratives.
This position leads two quarterly brand planning cycles (Q1 & Q3 or Q2 & Q4), focusing on major national campaigns, awareness initiatives, fundraising campaigns and public engagement moments.
The Senior Manager partners closely with the Senior Manager, Production & Design, as our internal agency to produce collaterals and to translate marketing strategies into creative executions. You will also collaborate with MODC’s agency of record to develop brand‑aligned creative assets and campaign toolkits.
This role manages two direct reports – a Marketing Specialist and a Copywriter – to deliver strong, integrated storytelling and data‑informed campaign execution.
