Job summary

RBC is seeking a Sr. Manager - Analytics, Intelligence and Innovation in Mississauga to lead strategic insights and measurement across AI and Digital Transformation initiatives.

You will synthesize data, tell compelling stories, and drive value by partnering with product and platform teams to frame questions and deliver actionable recommendations. The role focuses on establishing measurement frameworks, leading analytics engagements, and translating findings into scalable business outcomes

• Must have: University degree in business or quantitative discipline.
• Experience applying data to drive business value in a product or analytics domain.
• Mature business acumen with proven business results.
• Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

What is the opportunity?

The Data Science, Analytics and Innovation team is seeking a Sr. Manager - Analytics, Intelligence and Innovation to lead strategic insights, story telling and measurement across AI and Digital Transformation programs.

What will you do?

Strategic Insights & Storytelling

• Synthesize data across channels, and advisor / client segments to identify patterns, insights and effectiveness of AI and Digitization programs.
• Distill analytical complexity to isolate key business drivers and translate findings into stories and actionable recommendations.
• Proactively explore RBC’s data assets to surface opportunities that advance transformational priorities and drive enterprise value.

Analytics Ownership & Business Partnership

• Partner with AI and Conversational Banking Product and Platform teams to frame problems, define the right questions and determine the analytical approach.
• Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous business questions where the path forward is not predefined.
• Lead analytical engagements from problem definition through insight, recommendation and action.

Measurement & Value Creation

• Develop measurement and experimental frameworks, KPIs and success criteria
• Translate findings into recommendations to scale, optimize, evolve or stop initiatives; connect program outcomes to broader business objectives and value creation.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• University degree in business or quantitative discipline
• Experience applying data to drive business value in a product or analytics domain
• Mature business acumen with proven business results/successes from past positions
• Strong prioritization and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to have:

• Previous experience directly in Conversational Banking Products (National Office)
• Tableau, SQL
