In this role, you\'ll shape the future of help and training at Addepar, reimagining how clients and employees learn about our products and services. You\'ll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless onboarding experience where every new user feels immediately welcome, quickly finds their footing, and rapidly grows into a confident expert. You\'ll define and drive the instructional strategy for complex learning projects. This includes designing course architecture, introducing a certification program, and maximizing content reusability across our learning ecosystem.
You\'ll work with Product, Support, and Services teams to create and refine curriculum scope, learning objectives, and delivery modes. You\'ll research, design, and evaluate learning content using the most efficient and effective instructional design methodologies. Along the way, following Addepar\'s pedagogical and brand guidelines.
Our Help Center is in an exciting growth stage, undergoing a redesign and scaling up to support Addepar’s multi-product platform. Our ideal candidate is a highly experienced instructional designer with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of adult learning principles. You are a proactive problem-solver and thought partner, eager to join our team and roll up your sleeves to do great work.
You’ll report to the Content Design Manager for the Help Center.
