Overview

As the Senior IAM Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading, implementing, and supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) Services within RBC. The ideal candidate is passionate about authentication, security, has experience building large scale enterprise software, and has direct experience in authentication, identity, PAM, security, and in building complex rule-based systems for authorization.

What will you do?

• Participate in the full lifecycle of implementation within Privileged Access Management services and associated IAM policies and processes from initial internal hand-off from Business Analysts and Project teams to installation, system configuration, development and testing.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CyberArk solution, architecture, tools and products.
• Provide guidance during the implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions around solutions and enhancements.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies by leveraging automation and other techniques.
• Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence and impact with key business partners. Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are effectively integrated into RBC procedures and processes.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• 4-7 years of IAM experience with strong knowledge in development (installation, configuration, and coding) of CyberArk PAS Solution and Application Credential Management.
• Understanding of LDAP-based identity stores like Windows Active Directory.
• Experience with databases, SQL and virtualization tools like VMWare or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of network security, authentication, and authorization.
• Extensive expertise deploying software as well as strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on Windows and UNIX/Linux platforms.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in tuning highly scalable systems.
• Understanding fundamentals of encryption.
• Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businesses.
