Job summary

Bank of Montreal is seeking a seasoned HR leader to partner with senior leadership, shaping a strategic talent agenda and guiding workforce initiatives across the organization.

You will design business-aligned talent strategies, assess talent gaps, and drive succession planning for senior leaders while coaching executives through complex people matters and ensuring governance and risk controls are in place.
