About the job

We’re looking for a strategic, curious, and collaborative Sr. Financial Manager GTM Finance. In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated finance partner to North America Sales. You’ll help drive financial rigor, unlock growth opportunities, and ensure we’re investing resources where they matter most. This role will lead forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support, while helping leaders across these teams understand performance and manage expenses effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted FP&A partner to the North America Sales organization
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for operating expenses (OpEx)
  • Develop and maintain models to assess sales productivity and GTM efficiency
  • Provide financial insights to guide investment decisions and drive resource allocation
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify growth opportunities, margin drivers, and increase cost efficiency
  • Build flexible financial models to support ad‑hoc analysis and scenario planning
  • Communicate complex financial information in clear, actionable ways to business partners

Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of FP&A experience in a progressive financial role
  • Strong financial modeling skills, with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders with data‑driven insights
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and problem‑solving across multiple teams
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient with Google Sheets or Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, Looker, and Oracle a plus

Location

This remote role is located in British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required to participate in project or team in‑person meetings.

Compensation

Your starting salary will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. The estimated pay ranges for this role are:
• British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario: $118,200 – $147,700 CAD.
