  • Minimum 5 years in senior strategic sales leadership roles ideally in facilities management or related services.
  • 10 years of progressive leadership with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
  • Strong financial and negotiation skills with experience closing large complex service contracts.
  • Ability to shape commercial strategy and link decisions to P&L outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
