Our client, a boutique agency working with top clients across North America, is continuing to build their internal team.

This position is 100% remote. We are looking for candidates based in Canada.

As a Digital Strategist for Paid Search and Paid Social, you'll be a key player in our team, ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations. Collaborating with other strategists and managers, you’ll be responsible for building and launching ads, tracking performance, and generating insights that drive results. This role demands someone who is accountable, solutions-oriented, and meticulous with a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your in-depth knowledge of paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) platforms to execute successful campaigns
  • Build and deliver clear, data-driven reports showcasing key performance metrics and providing actionable insights
  • Oversee the creative and promotional calendar, ensuring ad specs align with campaign objectives and timelines
  • Stay current with emerging industry tools and technologies that can enhance the client’s media strategy
  • Implement and manage website tagging and conversion tracking for platforms like Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Work closely with Directors and Marketing Managers, providing insights from Meta and Google Ads to support RFPs, proposals, and planning efforts
  • Analyze data to create high-quality deliverables, transforming raw data into insightful, easy-to-understand narratives for clients.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 3-4years’ experience in Paid Social and Paid Search
  • Post Secondary education preferred
  • Hands-on experience executing Google Ad campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display GDN, Demand Gen) and Meta tactics (UGC, Prospecting, Retargeting, Advantage+, DPA)
  • Skilled with media platforms such as Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Microsoft Ads, AMS, Meta, TikTok, X/Twitter, Apple Search, etc.
  • Passion for working with large data sets and extracting insights to inform campaign strategy, with a keen interest in emerging media and AI technologies.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex data in a compelling and clear manner
  • Organized with a great eye for detail
  • Experience working with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
