Job summary

PeoplePilot seeks a skilled Java Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices. You will implement RESTful APIs, optimize SQL queries for transactional and reporting use cases, and design MongoDB schemas for scalable data models.

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure high availability and performance. Candidates should have strong hands-on Java and Spring experience, plus familiarity with Kafka and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Java experience (8/11/17) and Spring stack proficiency.
• Experience designing RESTful services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL query development for transactional/reporting use cases.
• Familiarity with MongoDB schemas, indexes, and query tuning.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, scalability, and resiliency patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production issue support.
