As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canada, you’ll play a highly visible, strategic role helping customers accelerate their cloud and AI transformation journeys. This role is designed for experienced leaders who can own complex initiatives, align multiple AWS teams, and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.

You’ll act as a trusted partner to customers, guiding them through every stage of AWS adoption—from strategy and governance to large-scale cloud migrations, modernization, and AI-driven innovation—while ensuring execution stays aligned with customer goals and timelines.

About the role: Sr. Customer Solutions Manager

In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end customer transformation programs, translating strategic account plans into executable roadmaps. You’ll work closely with AWS Sales, Support, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and product teams, as well as customer executives and technical leaders, to ensure successful delivery of complex cloud and AI initiatives.

You’ll manage delivery cadence, risk mitigation, executive communications, education plans, and go-live events, while proactively identifying opportunities to accelerate adoption, reduce cost, and improve operational efficiency. This role blends technical depth, program leadership, and executive-level communication.

This is a full-time professional role based in Calgary, AB. The listed base salary range is $126,000 – $210,400 CAD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
