CIBC in Canada is hiring a Senior Client Engagement Associate within the Personal and Business Banking Team. You’ll lead client experiences, guide the Client Engagement Associate team, and support transactions while connecting clients with the right specialists to help reach their financial goals.

You’ll be the first line of support, staying flexible to work evenings and weekends and traveling between banking centres within a reasonable distance. On-site, full-time at multiple centres.

As a Senior Client Engagement Associate, you'll lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences while mentoring and supporting the Client Engagement Associate team. Whether it’s taking the lead to answer questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, you’ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. You will also provide guidance on complex transactions or client issues, combining strong client service with operational leadership to strengthen relationships, develop the team, and help make our clients' ambitions a reality.You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. Focus on the client experience and make interactions meaningful.
