Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders, document processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and refine Jira backlog while maintaining Confluence documentation.

Job Description:

Required Experience
  • 7+ years as Business Systems Analyst / Senior BSA
  • Jira and Confluence expertise
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • API and integration analysis
  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across business and technology
