Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders, document processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and refine Jira backlog while maintaining Confluence documentation.

The role focuses on API and integration analysis, supports solution design discussions with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and QE teams, coordinates testing activities, and ensures governance and risk controls

• 7+ years as Business Systems Analyst / Senior BSA
• Jira and Confluence expertise
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• API and integration analysis
• Banking or financial services experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across business and technology
