  • Develop and execute testing strategies, test scenarios, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.

  • Coordinate testing activities and validate solutions against documented business requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Track, prioritize, and support resolution of defects throughout the testing and implementation lifecycle.

  • Support production validation activities following system implementations and enhancements.

  • Investigate production issues, support incident resolution, and participate in root cause analysis activities.

  • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend sustainable corrective actions and process improvements.

  • Partner with support teams to improve system reliability, reduce operational risk, and increase user adoption.

  • Ensure solutions comply with applicable regulatory, security, privacy, audit, and governance requirements.

  • Support SOX and IT General Controls (ITGC) compliance activities through documentation, validation, testing support, and audit readiness efforts.

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, digital transformation programs, portfolio planning, and enterprise-wide continuous improvement efforts.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.

  • Maintain business process documentation, operating procedures, knowledge repositories, and training materials.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge‑sharing across teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications
