What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Director of People Experience & Integration. In this role, you will play a key role in driving the success of large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives by leading the end-to-end requirements delivery including planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation. You will consolidate and analyze data, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with various Business and IT stakeholders to develop high-quality, innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.

What will you do?
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review.
  • Manage requirements planning, elicitation, documentation, and validation processes, ensuring traceability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities or gaps and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze relevant data from various sources to provide meaningful insights that support business decisions and project direction.
  • Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities.
  • Play a key role in driving change management efforts, supporting training plans, communication, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
Must Have
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within financial services projects.
  • Strong requirements management skills with experience leading diverse stakeholders through requirements gathering, elicitation techniques, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements documentation, user story mapping and capturing detailed data requirements.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering, deliver complex information in a structured manner for both technical and business audiences, and facilitate inclusive discussions for diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills to build strong partner relationships and influence outcomes.
  • Proven experience with Agile & Iterative Waterfall methodologies delivering large-scale complex projects.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Tableau, Mural) to enhance collaboration and documentation.
Nice to Have
  • Relevant college, university, or post‑graduate degree in Business Analysis.
  • Experience in technical implementations, including large‑scale migration projects.
  • Training development experience.
  • Commercial banking experience.
