Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Elicit, document, and clarify business requirements through workshops, interviews, process mapping, and user shadowing.
- Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Maintain product backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support decision‑making aligned with business value and customer impact.

- Provide subject matter expertise on multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring solutions meet functional and strategic objectives.
- Define UAT test cases, coordinate testing activities, and participate in user acceptance testing to validate requirements.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and product owners.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and shared understanding of objectives.
- Advocate for customer needs and value‑driven enhancements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing customer support, communication, and training as needed to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare regular KPI dashboards, performance reports, and analytics to support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Monitor retail metrics such as sales performance, operational efficiency, customer engagement, inventory trends, and service levels.
Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or equivalent role—preferably in retail, e‑commerce, or consumer‑facing industries.
- Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, POS modernization, e‑commerce platforms, or retail operations is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in developing documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong decision‑making skills, particularly related to backlog prioritization and scope evaluation.
