As Process Improvement Sr Analyst you will identify, evaluate, analyze, design, document organization business processes, with skills to detect and suggest improvements to increase the efficiency and productivity of operations and improve the value delivered to the client, with a holistic vision, allowing the company an effective process management.

You will work closely with multifunctional teams to collect data, evaluate processes, analyze controls and metrics of the organization, apply and manage organizational changes to foster continuous improvement, with excellent analytical and communication skills, and solid knowledge in enterprise processes.

  • Analyze, design, document organization business processes, preparing and managing the necessary sessions and workshops with involved team to achieve the processes documented and updated. Evaluating current performance, documenting processes considering SLAs, process KPIs, technology systems and operational risks.
  • Support the Quality Management System, mapping and documenting the processes aligned with the process framework and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Identifies & evaluates potential risks and implement action plans.
  • Conduct data review and other analysis to determine root causes of service performance in process business. Look for opportunities to automate processes. Based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs, recommends approaches or changes to streamline and integrate processes to improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications — Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems or Process Engineering, or related with 8 or more years of experience in a services environment.
  • Intermediate /Advanced English Level (B2-C1),– Proficient in talking, writing & reading.
  • Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Knowledge and application of Lean- Six Sigma, Process Reengineering, Continuous Improvement Projects methodologies or similar.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements and business process.
  • Experience with process improvement & problem-solving skills to support all departments on Root Cause Analysis and Problem solving.
  • Experience in applying change management methodologies to support the people side of change, including changes to business processes and systems.
  • Support the creation of the process documentation (Flow charts, procedures, policies, manuals, etc.)
