Purpose

Purpose : Manage the recording and collection of accounts receivable in Quebec Key Accounts & Non-Alcohol Accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationship with Key Account external customers AP to ensure timely follow up on payments claims rejected claims and invoice discrepancies and avoid incurring bad debt.
  • Validate accuracy for credits issued by Customers for final sign-off of deduction by Commercial.
  • Manage execution of key account reconciliation process to minimize risk of unrecoverable amounts.
  • Manage accurate aging report and identify and execute on next steps for overdue receivables.
  • Manage relationships with SAQ RTD as only Labatt contact for AR to optimize cash-flow.
  • Manage A / R collection risk through credit policies balancing risk against sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and send claims to customers.
  • Manage relationship with Key Account Managers in Commercial team follow up on Quebec weekly pricing changes to ensure accurate Revenue Recognition and follow up on approvals for deductions taken by customers to mitigate AR write-offs.
  • Manage relationships with Quebec Key Account Managers and Key Accounts AP contact to optimize cash-flow.
  • Manage execution of Key Account AR Maintenance process to minimize administration to recover funds withheld through partial payments and mitigate bad-debt associated with them.
