Job summary

SiTime is seeking a Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our timing-focused team in Ottawa. You will design high-performance CMOS analog blocks for precision timing, collaborating with layout, digital, system design, and validation teams to bring innovative clocking products to market.

Candidates should hold a Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, CMOS/BiCMOS work, and Cadence tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
• Experience with CMOS and/or BiCMOS analog design.
• Good understanding of integrated circuit design, device physics, and process technology.
• Knowledge of analog circuit fundamentals, noise theory, and phase-noise concepts.
• Familiarity with Cadence analog/mixed-signal simulation tools.
• Understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, simulation methods, and design rules.
• Hands-on experience with lab testing and characterization.

Job Summary

Compensation Range

At SiTime, we believe great work deserves great rewards. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent.

The annual base salary range for this role is $CAD96,190 - 132,270. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
