A leading e-commerce company in Toronto seeks a Sr. Agency Development Manager to manage relationships with top agencies, drive Amazon Ads sales, and execute strategic initiatives. Candidates must have over 10 years of digital media ad sales experience and a track record of closing sales. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role, which focuses on collaboration and driving revenue growth in a dynamic environment.

Our full funnel ad solutions—including display, video, and custom ads—leverage Amazon’s innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service and programmatic ad buying, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. The Agency Development Managers (ADM) own the Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level. ADMs accelerate Amazon Ads revenue, increase tool adoption, and expand penetration of the total advertiser universe in each agency. Candidates are excellent communicators, experienced at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinkers who earn the trust of partners across Amazon and agency clients, and make data‑driven decisions while delivering high‑quality experiences to Amazon Advertising media agency customers. ADMs arm agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon‑focus ideas. You will be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with agencies.
