Job Family Group: Customer Shared Services

This position is based out of our Edmonton office at 10175 101 Street NW and requires on-site presence three days per week, with the possibility of increasing to four days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Delivers an exceptional customer experience for a defined portfolio of high risk borrowing accounts by supporting the management and administration of the accounts. Ensures all reports, entries, monitoring systems and other requirements are executed and maintained timely and accurately. Ensures compliance with all Bank Policy & Procedures and standards. Advises stakeholders of risk related issues and escalates as required.
  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Provides advice and guidance to stakeholders on the implementation of solutions.
  • Maintains and enhances knowledge around lending issues, including loan structure, collateral, foreclosure, bankruptcy and the various regulations that directly impact the Bank.
  • Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.
  • Provides input into the planning and implementation of operational programs.
  • Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
  • Prepares and executes service requests, transactions, queries, etc. within relevant service level agreements; ensures information systems are updated. e.g. payments, advances, transfer, fees, payouts.
  • Prepares, renews and monitors securities documentation for account / transaction requirements.
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives.
  • Organizes work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyzes data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
  • Focus may be on a business/group.
  • Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.

Qualifications
  • Typically between 3 – 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary and Benefits

Salary:

$45,500.00 - $84,500.00

Pay Type: Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
