Responsibilities

  • Identify customers’ needs.
  • Recommend products or services to customers.
  • Assess client’s needs and resources to recommend appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
  • Develop and implement schedules for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff.
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget.
  • Organize and direct administrative services such as maintenance, safety inspections, and security.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory.
