EVIO is seeking operations professionals to build and execute the operational backbone for its electric regional aircraft program. The role covers manufacturing planning, logistics, and program operations in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal candidates have a background in operations management or supply chain, with strong data-driven decision making, initiative, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. English and French are valuable assets for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support operations across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing planning, facilities, export control and project management.
• Establish and streamline scalable operational processes aligned with milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Leadership for cross-functional workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and implement solution roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Execution: Support operations across supply chain, logistics, manufacturing planning, facilities, export control and project management.
• Process Optimization: Establish, streamline, and maintain agile, resilient operational processes that scale alongside aircraft program development milestones.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Leadership to ensure smooth cross-departmental workflows and short execution feedback loops.
• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, mitigate supply chain or resource risks, and execute swift solution roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Operations Background: Experience or degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields in high‑tech or complex manufacturing environments.
• Drive & Ownership: High degree of initiative, comfort with ambiguity, strong execution focus, and a passion for solving hard operational problems.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong capability in operational tracking tools, process mapping, and clear data‑driven decision‑making.
• Languages: Fluency in English and French is an asset.
