A provincial health services organization in Grand Forks seeks a Child and Youth Mental Health Clinician to provide comprehensive support for children and youth through direct clinical services. We work collaboratively with Indigenous communities, schools, and health authorities to deliver culturally informed, client‑centered care. As a Child and Youth Mental Health (CYMH) Clinician, you’ll support the mental wellness of children, youth, and families through direct clinical services such as intake, assessment, treatment, suicide risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention for ages 0–18. Working flexibly across homes, schools, communities, and offices, you’ll collaborate with professionals including educators, healthcare providers, Indigenous service organizations, and community agencies to deliver holistic care. There is one (1) full‑time permanent opportunity available in Grand Forks. Temporary offers made from the eligibility list may become permanent. The eligibility list may be used to fill other locations within the Okanagan West Kootenay Service Delivery Area. Applicants who do not fully meet the required qualifications may be considered for this position but at a lower classification.
A Criminal Record Check (CRC) and Criminal Record Review Act Check (CRRA) will be required. Employees of the BC Public Service must be located in BC at the time of employment.
