A regional health authority is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide patient-centered therapy services. This role involves collaboration with healthcare teams and may require travel. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology and a valid BC license. Strong communication, assessment skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This position emphasizes the importance of patient and staff safety.

Reporting to and under the direction of the Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Coordinator, and as a member of multidisciplinary health care teams, the Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for the provision of quality patient/client-centered speech-language therapy services.
Travel may be a requirement of this position. Transportation arrangements must meet the operational requirements of Island Health in accordance with the service assignment and may require the use of a personal vehicle.
Current licensure in a practicing category with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC as a Speech Language Practitioner.
Master's Degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology.
Valid BC Driver's License
