Specialty Life Insurance Advisor, Jasper, Alberta. LLQP Life Insurance license required. Full-time remote role with a base salary of $40,000–$140,000 plus Bonuses.

What you will do
- Manage incoming and outbound call sales opportunities
- Connect with new and current clients to onboard, ensure satisfaction and build authentic, lasting relationships
- Resolve client sales inquiries by partnering with the appropriate internal resources
Who we are looking for / Qualifications
- 2+ years of individual life insurance sales
- LLQP license with home provincial licensing in good standing
- Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Passion for helping others with consultative customer advice and service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of accountability and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Commitment to ongoing service, process, and efficiency improvements
- Comfortable managing client escalations and problem-solving creatively
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office
- Requirements: Computer with adequate specs, reliable high-speed internet, a monitor (at least 2 screens), USB wired headset
