Job summary

Pfizer Canada is seeking a Health and Science Representative for Specialty Care & Internal Medicine to drive territory sales across Mississauga, Oakville and Milton, engaging physicians, pharmacists and specialists both face-to-face and virtually.

You will develop a business plan, coordinate CME activities, ensure compliance, and build strong professional relationships while leveraging digital tools and bilingual English-French communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of pharmaceutical sales experience with strong product/therapeutic knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or science or equivalent.
• Advanced English and French communication skills; bilingual ability required.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong relationships with key customers including family physicians, general practitioners, pharmacists and some specialists.
• Promote products in face-to-face and virtual settings to achieve territory sales targets.
• Attend Congresses and coordinate CME programs; develop and implement territory business plans.
