What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for radiology information systems (RIS), PACS, and vendor-neutral archives (VNA)
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and IT staff to resolve system issues and optimize workflows
  • Analyze and efficiently resolve technical problems while minimizing system downtime
  • Ensure compliance with DICOM, HL7, and other healthcare interoperability standards
  • Document troubleshooting activities and develop technical documentation for client support
What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT within healthcare, preferably in radiology system support

  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification is preferred
  • Experience with scripting or automation for system administration (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
