What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Moderate and respond to comments on clients' social media channels using their unique brand voice
- Create thoughtful and engaging content to foster conversations and drive community engagement
- Ensure that online communities are safe, respectful, and adhere to client guidelines
- Report issues, insights, or trends to the internal team as necessary
- Act as an extension of clients' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High-level proficiency in both English and French with strong cultural awareness
- Exceptional written communication skills in English and French, including spelling and grammar
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Availability to work any shift, including weekends
- Professional experience in managing social media platforms, particularly in moderation and engagement
