What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to the product group and merchants on new products and integrations
- Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and verify results from test execution
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
- Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third‑party processors, and Project Managers
- Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before deployment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma and relevant post‑secondary education or experience
- 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual (French/English) is required
- Excellent communication and writing skills to manage client expectations and produce clear reports
- Ability to manage multiple activities of varying complexity under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24
- Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.)
- Strong problem‑solving and investigative skills
- Willingness to take ownership for work and continuously improve performance
