What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide technical support to the product group and merchants on new products and integrations
  • Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and verify results from test execution
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
  • Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third‑party processors, and Project Managers
  • Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before deployment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma and relevant post‑secondary education or experience
  • 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to manage client expectations and produce clear reports
  • Ability to manage multiple activities of varying complexity under time constraints
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24
  • Familiarity with credit card operations and regulations (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.)
  • Strong problem‑solving and investigative skills
